Patient Services Representative Redmond Urgent Care 0.75 FTE days​/evenings

Position Overview

Patient Services Representative at Overlake Medical Center Urgent Care, full‑time, 30 hours per week in Redmond.

Sunday – Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., 10‑hour day‑evening shift.

• Greet patients and manage front‑office check‑in process.
• Coordinate communications among staff, patients, and providers.
• Collect patient records and ensure distribution to appropriate staff via Epic.
• Perform clerical, scheduling, and records activities in support of patients and staff.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Preferred experience in physician office, hospital, or other frontline customer contact.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, excellent telephone etiquette, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively with people in stressful situations.
• Ability to multi‑task, be organized, and detail oriented.
• Proficient computer keyboard skills.
• Must provide proof of full COVID‑19 immunization before first day of employment.

Hourly pay range $22.22–$33.33. Medical insurance premiums as low as $0 per month with 100% coverage of many services. Tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 per year.
