• Provide one-on-one assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and lifting as needed
• Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding as required
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed
• Provide companionship and social support to clients
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal client outcomes
