This role supports the corporate, clinical, and scientific organization. Key responsibilities include providing HR guidance, supporting employee relations, and partnering on recruiting initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, over 3 years of HR experience in biotech, and be bilingual in English and Chinese.
