Insight Global is seeking a Talent Sourcer for a leading aerospace and advanced technology client. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional technical talent across engineering, manufacturing, and operations organizations. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, the Talent Sourcer will develop creative sourcing strategies, build high-quality talent pipelines, and conduct initial candidate outreach for some of the organization's most challenging and business-critical roles.
