What You'll Do Advise and partner with leaders to align people strategy with business goals, supporting performance, engagement, and retention.

Coach and support employees while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance with policies and legal standards. Lead key HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding. Drive process improvements and ensure HR policy consistency to support scalability and a strong employee experience. Requirements 5+ years of HRBP or HR generalist experience in tech or fast-paced environments Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices Proven ability to coach managers and support employee relations effectively Track record of driving HR initiatives that improve engagement and performance Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization Benefits What Our Client Offers Growth & Development:
