Time-limited 11/2026 – 3/2027, Hybrid schedule Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5pm with some flexibility. Typically, 2 days a week onsite for in-person work with approx. 3 days a week remote, more onsite time may be required during training or based on business need.

Hopelink programs work in tandem to fill gaps, supporting each family or individual’s unique needs. These include food, energy, and financial assistance, housing with case management, mobility management, non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), Dial-a-Ride Transit (DART), English for work, family development, and financial capabilities.

The HR Recruiter provides an excellent customer experience for internal customer service call center managers, candidates, and new hires in the recruiting, hiring and onboarding processes for Hopelink customer service and call center job openings. The recruiter ensures that every phase of the recruiting process is optimized, and new hires are supported to achieve maximum hiring and retention success. They provide excellent service to our internal customers and will provide a welcoming and supportive environment for candidates and new hires.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for customer service, call center, and similar recurring roles and have worked with a diverse candidate pool.

Characteristics critical to success in the position include collaboration, compassion, independent judgment, strong inter-personal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to customer service. Must have an ability to build positive working relationships with diverse groups at all levels. And the ability to make community connections to continuously build an applicant pipeline while hiring for recurring roles.

This role is a time-limited position filling in for a team member from November 2026 – March 2027, with the possibility of extending beyond March.

• 2+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience for call center and related roles. Experience sourcing and recruiting diverse candidate pools is desired.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and accurately in a recruiting environment with flexibility to reset priorities as needed.
• Must be highly organized to complete complex processes with accuracy; strong attention to detail required.
• Must be comfortable networking and building working relationships with hiring teams, candidates, and external partners.
