We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong SAP Finance expertise to lead and drive large-scale SAP and Azure data platform initiatives. This role requires hands‑on program leadership across SAP S/4

HANA, BW/4

HANA, and Azure-based data platforms, working closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has recent experience managing enterprise SAP programs
, understands Azure architecture
, and can effectively bridge business requirements with technical execution.

• Strong TPM / Program Management experience in SAP Finance programs
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA and BW/4
  
  HANA (current or recent large‑scale implementations)
• Proven experience managing enterprise SAP transformation initiatives
• Solid understanding of Azure platform and technical architecture
• Ability to drive conversations across business, data, and engineering teams

• Azure Fabric experience
• Azure One Lake experience
• Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2)
• AI / ML exposure, especially in SAP or data platform use cases

• Lead sprint planning and program execution across SAP and data platform initiatives
• Own demand intake for Service Line requests; gather requirements and provide status updates
• Define Unified Platform scope
  , roadmap, and prioritization
• Identify cross‑team dependencies and proactively remove blockers
• Drive BODS retirement
  , including:
  • Unblocking consumers
  • Managing consumer signoffs
  • Acting as liaison between consumers and SWE teams
• Lead FDL One Lake initiative (target March delivery); coordinate with FDL teams
• Manage EDL (Enterprise Data Lake) retirement

    HANA datasets and consumers to Unified Platform / FDL
• Support SAP Domain AI Agent initiatives
