Principal Product Manager – Mobile Apps

Must have

• Bachelors Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
• 3+ years of experience creating and launching mobile products at scale, showcasing quality user experiences on iOS and/or Android
• Proven expertise in working on complex systems or frameworks
• Preferred:
  Bachelors Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
• Experience with consumer mobile products featuring high user engagement and UX expectations
• Ability to employ systems thinking, balancing platform consistency with product flexibility
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively, especially to senior leadership
• Passion for mobile design, combined with a deep understanding of mobile UX patterns and platform guidelines

• Develop and lead the vision, strategy, systems, and execution plan for the Teams mobile framework
• Cultivate partnerships and maintain relationships with engineering, design, research, and marketing teams to create a shared strategic roadmap
• Focus intently on customer needs through data insights, managing the end-to-end experience with agility and quality
• Advocate for the mobile user experience (UX) framework both internally and externally, promoting mobile-first thinking across the organization
• Represent Microsoft and the product to customers and partners effectively
