Communications & Data Project Manager – Redmond, WA (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a Communications & Data Project Manager to join client Responsible Business Practices (RBP) team, part of the Trusted Technology Group within Corporate External and Legal Affairs (CELA). This role blends communications, technical writing, data management, and project coordination—shaping how human rights and supply chain reporting is created, communicated, and understood. If you have 5–7 years of experience managing projects, creating compelling content, and organizing data for storytelling, this is an opportunity to contribute to Client’s commitment to responsible innovation and ethical business conduct.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and coordinate human rights and supply chain reporting projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and timelines
- Write, edit, and produce content for reports, SharePoint, newsletters, and process documentation
- Maintain and update the team’s SharePoint site, ensuring accurate, visually engaging, and accessible content
- Collect, organize, and manage supply chain and stakeholder data for use in reporting and storytelling
- Create visual materials including charts, graphs, and layouts using Power BI, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop process playbooks and improve workflows using Microsoft Copilot and Azure Dev Ops
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making
What You Bring:
- 5–7 years of experience in writing/content creation, data management, and non-IT project management
- Proven ability to create compelling narratives from complex data for multiple platforms
- Experience collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate data for reporting purposes
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and manage priorities in dynamic environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Project, Planner, and Visio; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Azure Dev Ops is a plus
- Skilled in leveraging AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity and content quality
