Overview

Details/Scope of the project:
Design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions built on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 Copilot, Power Platform AI, Git Hub Copilot, and enterprise data platforms. The work includes leading proactive technical engagements, delivering onboarding assessments, defining delivery plans, and ensuring Copilot solutions run with reliability, stability, and performance. The architect maintains deep “Know Me” documentation, executes architectural updates, handles critical situations as the customer’s single technical point of contact, coordinates across internal teams (CSAM, Mission Critical CSAs, AED, ARR), and drives continuous optimization and remediation activities to ensure Copilot adoption aligns with business goals and leading practices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead proactive technical engagements, deliver onboarding assessments, define delivery plans, and ensure Copilot solutions operate with reliability, stability, and performance.
  • Maintain deep Know Me documentation, execute architectural updates, and serve as the customer’s single technical point of contact for critical situations.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (CSAM, Mission Critical CSAs, AED, ARR) and drive continuous optimization and remediation activities to align Copilot adoption with business goals and best practices.

The role is needed to support customers adopting and scaling Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 Copilot, Power Platform AI, and Git Hub Copilot, ensuring these AI capabilities are implemented correctly, optimized continuously, and aligned to best practices. The position provides deep technical guidance, proactive support, architectural updates, and critical-situation handling so customers can operate Copilot solutions reliably and achieve measurable business value from AI transformation initiatives.

Must have skills
  • Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Dynamics 365 Copilot, Power Platform AI, and Git Hub Copilot deployments.
  • Ability to design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize Copilot-based solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Azure identity, governance, monitoring, security, and data, as these underpin Copilot and AI workloads.
  • Experience creating and maintaining Know Me technical documentation, architecture records, and workload insights.
  • Proven ability to deliver onboarding assessments, define delivery plans, and execute architectural updates.
  • Strong capability in Dev Ops and automation practices for managing Copilot extensions, connectors, and integrations.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical or business-critical cloud solutions with a focus on stability, reliability, performance, and fast remediation.

    Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical impacts and solution value to both business and technical audiences.
  • Trusted-advisor posture with the ability to guide customers using deep technical insight and contextual understanding (“Know Me”).
  • High collaboration skills to work effectively with CSAMs, Mission Critical CSAs, engineering teams (AED, ARR), and customer stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset focused on stability, prevention, and continuous improvement rather than reactive firefighting.
  • Ability to run structured workshops, onboarding assessments, and customer reviews with clear outcomes and follow-through.
