AI Product Manager

$105.00 - $110.00/hr.

This position is a combination of AI Product Manager and Technical Program Manager responsibilities. Ideal candidate will have experience with transforming business processes with agentic AI, be technically deep in AI stack, and have demonstrated ability to work across a matrixed organization to drive impact. This position will be focused on enterprise contract management and transformation of operational and user experiences with AI.

• Deeply analyze and understand contracting business processes and identify opportunities for AI transformation
• Define and align scope with business stakeholders
• Write detailed technical AI features
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure successful and high-quality delivery
• Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
• Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
• Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors

• Proven product management experience at enterprise scale
• Proven technical program management experience in a large matrixed environment
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
• Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
• Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
• Experience with transforming business processes with agentic AI

• Bachelor s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of product management and/or technical program management experience
• 3+ years of experience building AI solutions

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $105.00 - $110.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
