This role manages reporting intake, prioritization, and delivery execution. The BI Manager leads and develops a team of BI Developers, structuring delivery to scale with growing reporting needs while balancing standardized solutions and ad-hoc priorities. The role ensures dashboards and reports deliver simple, accurate, and operationally meaningful insights that support food service operations and account-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- BI Strategy, Delivery & Governance

- Lead development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards focused on operational performance, fulfillment times, queue times, and guest behavior.
- Oversee integration of enterprise data systems (Azure SQL, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric).
- Establish and formalize a consistent BI development lifecycle, including intake, requirements, modeling, design, QA, documentation, deployment, and long-term support.
- Set and enforce BI guardrails and standards for semantic models, DAX, Power Query M, naming conventions, data validation, version control, workspace structure, and governance.
- Lead the transition from today’s inconsistent BI development practices to a unified, disciplined framework emphasizing repeatability, quality, and scalability.
- Implement BI governance: RLS, dataset refresh management, deployment pipelines, version control (Git Hub), and structured documentation.
- Ensure dashboards follow best practices: simplicity, accuracy, performance, and operational relevance.
- Use or similar project management tools to manage timelines, dependencies, and team workload.
- Validate reporting for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with real operational workflows.
- Team Leadership, Growth & Development

- Drive team development in Power BI, modeling, performance optimization, governance, and data quality practices.
- Conduct technical reviews of dashboards, semantic models, DAX, Power Query, and overall design.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, including emerging capabilities in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

- Collaborate with operators, culinary leaders, finance, IT, and program managers to define reporting requirements and business KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional alignment and standardization of metrics across the Eurest portfolio.
- Present dashboards, insights, and recommendations to business owners, executives, and clients with clear, actionable storytelling.
- Communicate technical concepts in simple, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage request intake, prioritization, and stakeholder expectations for BI initiatives.
- Operational Excellence & Support
- Oversee Power BI work spaces, shared datasets, semantic models, RLS, and data refresh processes.
- Support core business rhythms such as weekly operational reviews, leadership updates, and QBRs.
- Drive cross-system data integration efforts in partnership with IT and analytics engineering.
- Maintain structured processes for BI support, dashboard enhancements, and issue resolution.
Required
