You will lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of scientific research and software projects, partnering closely with experts in audio signal processing, machine learning, computer vision, and hearing sciences.
* The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, experience in Agile environments, proven risk mitigation skills, and exposure to technical audio or ML/CV domains. This is a highly collaborative role supporting an innovative research program focused on next generation AR/VR technologies.

The Audio Research group specifically focuses on redefining how people hear, communicate, and connect-especially in acoustically challenging realworld environments.
* What We Need
* * We are seeking a highly motivated onsite Project Manager to support an ambitious research program exploring breakthrough audio and communication technologies.
* You will own scientific research projects from concept through completion, coordinating closely with researchers in audio DSP, machine learning, and hearing sciences while driving delivery, managing risks, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
* Responsibilities
* * Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of scientific and software research projects
* Track progress, surface risks early, propose mitigation strategies
* Communicate project status, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders
* Ensure thorough documentation of progress and deliverables
* Oversee procurement of equipment, hardware, and vendor services
* Support operational and administrative projects as needed
* Maintain onsite presence 5 days per week within Redmond facilities
* Qualifications
* * 3+ years of project management experience in research or product development
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
* Effective collaborator with cross functional teams and stakeholders
* Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* PMP or similar certification preferred

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
