Job SummaryWe are seeking a Dev Ops Automation Engineer to support development, deployment, security, and operational excellence across our Azure-based services. This role will work closely with engineering, quality, and partner teams to automate testing, manage CI/CD pipelines, ensure security and compliance, and monitor production systems to maintain high availability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities Development & Automation- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot test and integration issues using service telemetry and logs (Kusto/Geneva).
- Reproduce issues in test or local development environments and update automation tests to ensure defects are resolved.
- Work with test code, telemetry, and product code to improve reliability and quality.
- Manage package upgrades and address S360/SFI issues and warnings reported by SDL tools, ensuring changes are safely validated and deployed without impacting live services.
- Use Azure Dev Ops and Azure Portal for deployments, scaling, and operational automation.
- Design, implement, and maintain Power Automate workflows.
- Maintain operational dashboards, queries, and troubleshooting documentation using tools such as Jarvis, Power BI, Geneva, Kusto, and internal Wikis.
- Manage and maintain Azure Dev Ops build and release pipelines, including Azure Key Vault integration, certificate management, and service connections.
- Drive deployments across environments, triaging and resolving deployment issues before escalating to engineering teams.
- Create, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines while ensuring compliance with Pipelines, MO , S360, and SDL standards.
- Deploy builds to test environments, monitor test results, track defects, and ensure fixes are included in subsequent releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures related to pull requests, rolling builds, and release pipelines.
- Improve pipeline performance, migrate and upgrade Azure Dev Ops tasks, and ensure pipelines comply with company security policies and workload identity requirements.
- Perform regular secret, certificate, and credential rotations for service principals, PATs, clusters, and applications to prevent expirations and security risks.
- Work with Entra Managed Identity and Federated Identity Credentials to migrate Azure resources away from secrets and toward managed identities or approved secret rotation tools.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with security and governance standards, including MO , S360, and SDL.
- Monitor operational dashboards and KPIs for anomalies and take corrective action or escalate as needed.
- Maintain and track follow-ups identified through Weekly/Monthly Service Reviews (WSR/MSR).
- Monitor and manage auto-scaling configurations and gather diagnostic data during active incidents to support rapid resolution.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience developing automation and test code using languages such as C#, Power Shell, Python
