Technical Program Manager

A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs.
• Own program roadmaps, milestones, timelines, risks, and status reporting.
• Partner closely with engineering to define technical requirements, prioritize work, and manage dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration across development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers.
• Track delivery health, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security, and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation.
• Communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Translate requirements into actionable backlogs, run scrums, and provide technical/functional specifications for developers.

• Strong technical understanding of software development, distributed systems, APIs, and Azure cloud services.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL, C#, .NET, and development projects.
• Proven experience managing complex programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive‑level reporting skills.
• Ability to drive clarity from ambiguous requirements.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience in large‑scale enterprise or product engineering environments.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs in a fast‑paced environment.

The pay range for this role is $100k - $105k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
