Red Cloud seeks a Business Program Manager to support immediate client operations.

We are seeking an experienced Business Program Manager to support senior leadership and drive the rhythm of business across a complex organization. This role partners closely with executives to ensure strong operational execution, clear communication, and alignment across teams during planning cycles and high‑priority initiatives.

• Lead preparation, execution, and follow up for core rhythm of business activities including leadership meetings, business reviews, reporting cycles, and forums
• Manage calendars, work‑back plans, agendas, and meeting materials to ensure operational readiness
• Partner directly with senior leaders to support executive deliverables, planning, communications, and decision making
• Prepare executive‑ready materials such as briefings, business updates, presentations, and talking points
• Drive coordination and alignment across cross‑organizational stakeholders
• Ensure consistent execution during periods of change or high business criticality

• Seven or more years of experience in executive business management or chief of staff style roles
• Proven experience supporting senior executives at the vice president or president level
• Strong ownership, follow‑through, and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an executive ready approach
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools
• Experience with rhythm of business processes, planning cycles, KPI frameworks, and business reviews
• High judgment, discretion, and comfort working in ambiguous and fast paced environments

Compensation range for position is $128,700 – $143,000 DOE.
