Job Description

A IT Program Management Lead at Honeywell will oversee and drive the successful execution of IT programs within the Aerospace Technologies sector, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering high-quality results. The role reports directly to the Director, IT, and is based out of U.S. Aerospace locations, preferably Phoenix or Charlotte, on a hybrid work schedule. The position impacts the efficiency of IT initiatives, supports cross‑functional teams, and delivers innovative solutions that enhance operational performance and drive business growth.

It supports the delivery of enterprise technology initiatives within the Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) value stream, driving standardization, optimization, and automation of S2P processes—including sourcing, procurement, and accounts payable—as part of a multi‑year SAP S/4

HANA implementation in Honeywell Aerospace Technologies. The role is accountable for modernizing global procurement and sourcing operations by harmonizing processes, driving automation, and ensuring compliance with Aerospace & Defense (A&D) regulatory requirements while aligning technology delivery with enterprise business objectives.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support the integration of SAP S/4
  
  HANA with the broader SAP ecosystem, including:
  • Strategic sourcing, contracts, supplier collaboration
  • Secure, compliant cloud operations supporting regulated A&D workloads
• Drive global process standardization and harmonization across regions and business units to enable scalable, repeatable S2P operations.

• Proven experience in IT program management, demonstrating the ability to lead complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Expertise in utilizing project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira to track progress and manage resources.
• Experience in managing cross‑functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale ERP or S/4
  
  HANA transformations, preferably within S2P.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 or more years of experience in IT program or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks is desirable.
• Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt certification.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $100K - $130K. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $115K - $145K. This salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive plan eligible.
