Step 1 $ 107,890/year ($51.67/hour) (SC10 Prof Tech 25-26 salary schedule)
Under the supervision of the Director of Data Services, this position is responsible for the coordination of data systems in use by the school district. This position is responsible for training and supporting the Skyward Student Suite of applications used by the district s school and department teams. The Data Services Coordinator will function as the liaison between system users and District Data Services by coordinating system-related activities and services.
Aside from providing technical support and training to staff, the Data Services Coordinator has the primary responsibility of resolving all information system related issues preventing mission critical processes from completing. Additionally, this position is responsible for analyzing current business processes and finding opportunities to increase the overall efficiency and accuracy of student systems.
THIS POSITION IS OPEN UNTIL FILLED with a priority application date of Sunday March 1, 2026.
Responsibilities- Coordinate data systems in use by the school district and support Skyward Student Suite of applications.
- Provide technical support and training to staff; resolve information system related issues to enable mission-critical processes.
- Serve as liaison between system users and District Data Services, coordinating system-related activities and services.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy of student systems.
- Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of responsible data experience in a technical capacity.
- Four years of related experience may be substituted.
- Instructional or training experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office experience in an educational environment working with technical and non-technical staff involving resolution of technical problems and developing enhancements is preferred.
