The Program and Operations Manager is responsible for supporting customer engagement programs and enabling effective operational execution. This role focuses on organizing program activities, coordinating engagements with customers and engineering partners, and maintaining accurate documentation, workflows, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an evolving environment, supporting interim procedures, and helping define requirements that prepare the program for future improvements.
ResponsibilitiesInclude But Are Not Limited To
- Maintain and update program documentation and guidance resources to ensure clarity and alignment with changing needs.
- Support distribution of software builds and manage access to early service environments.
- Document current processes and partner with stakeholders to gather requirements that guide future automation and efficiency improvements.
- Manage full lifecycle coordination for customer sessions and engineering engagements, including scheduling, communication, content preparation, and follow up activities.
- Oversee customer sign up activities, session setup, and distribution of materials using collaboration tools.
- Track validation steps, manage completion activities, and ensure accuracy across tracking systems.
- Extract, consolidate, and deliver program and engagement metrics for business updates and leadership reviews.
- Maintain program records in a compliant and organized manner to support visibility and accurate reporting.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners.
- Provide clear and proactive communication through email, meetings, surveys, and collaboration platforms.
- Support presenters, engineers, and customers through the entire engagement experience.
- Five or more years of experience in program management, operations, coordination, or related fields
- Ability to work effectively in environments with evolving or limited infrastructure
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication abilities
- Experience working with cross functional groups, including customer facing and engineering partners
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools such as team communication platforms, spreadsheets, and presentation software
- Experience supporting customer engagement programs or community programs
- Background in requirements gathering, process documentation, or operational readiness
- Ability to work across multiple tools and interim workflows while long term solutions are defined
Compensation range for position is $ 117,000 – 130,000 DOE.
