Overview

Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in innovative productivity solutions, is seeking a Product Designer 3 to join their dynamic team. As a Product Designer 3, you will be part of the design department supporting the Calendar and AI-powered experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Product Designer 3

Location: Redmond, WA - Hybrid

Pay Range: $57/hr to $61/hr on W2

• Support and execute the design vision for Microsoft Calendar Copilot experiences, focusing on conversational user experiences and autonomous agents.

• Design end-to-end workflows that simplify time management across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.

• Explore how AI agents, prediction, and conversational UX can act as thought partners for users to enhance collaboration and productivity.

• Lead ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces by balancing long-term vision with near-term product delivery.

• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to turn insights into shipped experiences.

• Thorough and disciplined design process with at least 4 years of experience.

• Proficiency in Figma with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.

• Experience with generative AI and integrating AI technologies into products (1+ year preferred).

• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design leadership, from vision to launch.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
