Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Storage Engineer (5-8 Years) to join their team. As a Storage Engineer (5-8 Years), you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting enterprise storage solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Provision, configure, and maintain enterprise storage platforms (SAN/NAS/object) and related components (controllers, shelves, HBAs, switches).
- Manage storage capacity planning and forecasting, track utilization, growth trends, and performance baselines.
- Implement and administer storage services such as RAID, tiering, snapshots, replication, deduplication/compression, and storage virtualization.
- Monitor storage health and performance; tune configurations and remediate bottlenecks affecting host I/O.
- Support incident and problem management for storage-related outages and degradations; perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise storage management and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAN, NAS, and object storage platforms.
- Experience with storage connectivity and fabric services (FC/iSCSI): zoning, LUN masking/mapping, multipathing validation, and host integration.
- Proficiency in storage migration, technology refreshes, and expansions with minimal downtime.
- Ability to develop and maintain storage automation/scripts and standardized templates to improve provisioning speed and consistency.
