Whatwould you do?
Play a wide variety of roles related to delivery and sales, shaping digital laboratory solutions for clients and maintaining and growing the industry as a center of gravity.
- Shape client’s digital transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a “to‑be” enterprise environment.
- Provide point‑of‑view on digital lab solutions to deliver on transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various planning solutions.
- Collaborate with senior client leaders to ensure buy‑in to recommended solutions.
- Serve as the planner/architect for a delivery initiative and oversee the design and implementation of digital lab solutions, processes, and operating model by leveraging Accenture’s implementation methodology.
- Actively manage risks to client engagements, practice performance, and brand/reputation.
- Proactively coach project resources to increase their knowledge and effectiveness.
- Help to develop and grow the Scientific Informatics consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification.
- Manage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to clients.
- Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
- 6+ Years of experience working in scientific and laboratory informatics, within R&D and/or QC manufacturing spaces.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology) or Computer Science or Engineering (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations.
- Prior experience working for a consulting firm or a scientific/laboratory informatics firm.
Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience. Salary ranges (USD) include:
California $94,400 – $293,800;
Cleveland $87,400 – $235,000;
Colorado $94,400 – $253,800;
District of Columbia $100,500 – $270,300;
Illinois $87,400 – $253,800;
Maryland $94,400 – $253,800;
Massachusetts $94,400 – $270,300;
Minnesota $94,400 – $253,800;
New York $87,400 – $293,800;
New Jersey $100,500 – $293,800;
Washington $100,500 – $270,300.
