BI Engineer​/TPM

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager – Business Intelligence Engineer to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions across five operational pillars:
Safety, Delivery, Quality, People, and Innovation. This role partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights supporting production targets and continuous improvement.

• Experience building dashboards in AWS Quick Sight (Tableau or Power BI also accepted)
• Python proficiency for data transformation and automation
• Manufacturing or production environment experience (satellite production/aerospace preferred)
• Experience with Azure technologies and/or Snowflake
• Relevant certifications (AWS, PL-300 Microsoft Power BI)
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with AWS technologies (Redshift, Glue, Athena, Lambda, S3, Dynamo
  
  DB, Kinesis)
• Strong proficiency in SQL/T‑SQL for large‑scale data analysis
• Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT workflows and dimensional data models
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira
• Previous experience working for a satellite production/aerospace organization
