About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Senior Analyst to join our managed services team, supporting critical client environments across enterprise infrastructure platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and rapid resolution of incidents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L2/L3 infrastructure support across production, Dev/Test, and pre‑production environments
- Lead and support a team of infrastructure analysts and coordinators
- Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Participate in CAB reviews, escalations, and major incident management
- Collaborate with client teams to design infrastructure solutions
- Monitor infrastructure performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Support Windows administration and patching
- Maintain technical documentation
- Ensure adherence to ITIL‑based processes
- Strong Windows Administration & Patch experience
- Expertise in VMware, Azure, and AWS
- Knowledge of Windows & Linux OS
- Scripting skills (Terraform, Python, Bash, Power Shell)
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools
- ITIL v4 certification
- Managed services experience
- Automation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code exposure
- Ability to develop proofs of concept
Security Clearance Requirement:
Candidates must be Australian Citizens with an active security clearance.
Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after‑hours deployment activities as needed.
