• Partner with consumer products teams and data engineering to transform data into clear reporting and actionable insights.
• Identify key learnings from your analyses and synthesize them into compelling recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other data scientists to integrate findings into major analyses and franchise‑wide reporting.
• Conduct data analysis for various stakeholder groups, including understanding the return on investment of out‑of‑game initiatives and optimizing for in‑game metrics.
• Be self‑driven, demonstrating the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or complex data.
• Maintain interactive dashboards that empower stakeholders to understand business performance and support onboarding to self‑service tools.
• Manipulate and analyze complex, high‑volume, high‑dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and techniques.

• 5 years of experience in data analytics.
• 5 years of experience with SQL.
• 2 years of experience with dashboarding tools, with a strong preference for a widely used business intelligence platform.
• Proficient in Python.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with autonomy in tackling data challenges.
• Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, diverse, and fast‑paced team environment.

• Familiarity with Spark
  
  SQL, Databricks, or a cloud‑based data exploration service.
• Familiarity with PySpark.
• Interest in games, with bonus points for experience in the gaming industry.
