Join Accenture Song’s Customer Technology & Delivery team and help shape the future of digital products powered by AI.

We’re looking for a Digital Architect (AI) at Manager level to lead the design and delivery of modern digital platforms, integrating emerging AI and generative AI capabilities into real-world client solutions. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you’ll bridge strategy and engineering—defining architecture, guiding delivery teams, and embedding intelligent capabilities into digital products at scale.

You’ll play a key role across architecture, AI integration, and delivery leadership, including:

• Designing end‑to‑end architecture across web, mobile, APIs, cloud, and AI/data platforms
• Translating business and product requirements into scalable, production‑ready solutions
• Embedding AI and GenAI capabilities (e.g. LLM integrations, agentic workflows) into digital platforms
• Leading architecture design sessions and overseeing technical delivery across agile teams
• Driving non‑functional excellence across performance, scalability, and security
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and architects
• Supporting client engagement and solution development for new opportunities

Core experience:

• Proven experience in digital or solution architecture / technical leadership roles
• Strong background designing and delivering cloud‑native platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Expertise across modern architectures (React/Next.js, Node.js, APIs, microservices)
• Experience integrating AI/ML or GenAI solutions into production environments
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

Nice to have:

• Experience with LLM frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index, Semantic Kernel)
• Understanding of AI governance, MLOps, or responsible AI practices
• Exposure to Salesforce, AEM, or similar enterprise platforms
• Consulting or professional services experience
