" 2+ years of experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules using plugins, workflows, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and JavaScript.
" Support integration of Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities into CRM workflows to improve productivity and automate business processes.
" Develop and enhance AI-driven capabilities such as conversational AI assistants, predictive insights, and automated case processing using Azure OpenAI Service.
" Manage and maintain Dataverse data models, perform data migration tasks, and ensure data quality for AI scenarios.
" Troubleshoot and resolve issues and implement fixes and enhancements to ensure stable and reliable production performance.
" Must be based in Seattle and willing to work in a hybrid work environment.
