Key Responsibilities
Lead with impact Drive collaboration across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and delivering scalable AI solutions.
Strategic leadership Set and implement strategies that align with company goals, prioritizing data-driven insights to ensure seamless cross-functional execution.
Client success Cultivate deep client relationships, ensuring that solutions are not only cutting-edge but tailored to each client's specific needs.
Team mentorship Lead and inspire a global team, offering guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to drive professional and personal growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and motivating large, global teams (200+).
- A visionary approach to strategy, focusing on execution and driving tangible results.
- Expertise in Generative AI technologies and AI Foundry services.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with experience managing high-level client interactions.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
