You will be the administrator and strategy owner for the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio). You’ll influence cost models, drive standards, champion new technologies, mentor rising engineers, and make data‑driven decisions that elevate performance, security, and caregiver experience. - Serve as the administrator and strategy owner for the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
- Design resilient architectures and craft automation to support large‑scale services.
- Develop and maintain telemetry, disaster recovery readiness, and issue resolution processes to ensure 24/7 reliability.
- Influence cost models, drive standards, and champion new technologies.
- Mentor rising engineers and translate customer and technical requirements into service architecture that meets Quality of Service expectations.
- Lead and participate in backlog discussions and standups to establish prioritization of Live Site requirements.
- Use data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions.
- Apply logical reasoning and systematic problem solving, including root cause analysis.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience.
- 8 or more years of related experience.
- Strong experience in automation related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
- Strong experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling (failure mode analysis).
- Experience simulating service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manual).
- Experience translating requirements into service architecture to meet QoS.
- Experience leading and representing the service in backlog discussions and standups.
- Experience leveraging data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Experience with logic and reasoning to identify strengths/weaknesses of solutions.
- Strong problem solving using systematic procedures and root cause analysis.
- Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in a Healthcare environment.
- 8 or more years of experience as a Service Engineer.
- 3 or more years of experience in Power Platform Administration.
