* The Role:

** We’re looking for a passionate and curious Senior Associate Scientist to join our team. * What You’ll Do:

*** Develop and execute H/UPLC and capillary based separations methods for support of process development, cell line development, and release testing of biotherapeutics
* Utilize chromatography data systems and informatics platforms to analyze and distribute analytical results.
* Work with team members on technology development to improve efficiency, speed, and capacity of analytical testing and analytical methods.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new possibilities and solutions.
* Bring fresh perspectives to the analytical team that challenge the status quo.
* Regularly share your findings, ideas, and solutions in both team settings and presentations.
* Keep up with the latest trends and developments in characterization and analysis of large molecules with H/UPLC and capillary based analytical methods and use your knowledge to inspire and lead.
* Ensure that curiosity-driven questions and exploration lead to measurable, impactful results.
** Who You Are:
*** BS in Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering or related field with 2+ years relevant experience or master’s with minimal relevant experience.
* A curious problem-solver with a passion for learning and growing in a dynamic environment.
* Experience in chromatography and/or analytical chemistry
* Excellent experimental design, method development, and analysis skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Experience with HPLC and/or UPLC chromatography systems
* Experience with a chromatography data system
* Familiarity with capillary electrophoresis and experience with troubleshooting complex instrumentation is preferred.
* Desire to work in a fast, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
* A natural collaborator who loves sharing ideas and learning from others.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in environments where curiosity and experimentation are encouraged.
* Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, able to share complex ideas in a simple, relatable way.
