Researcher, IT​/Tech, Data Scientist

Join a dynamic team conducting research to enhance Azure Data products, focusing on customer experiences and insights to improve enterprise data solutions.

• 7-10 years of experience in end-to-end qualitative research.
• Strong synthesis skills and reliable operational execution.
• Experience with Microsoft Fiber
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Information Science, Market Research, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with core user research methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and qualitative synthesis.
• Comfort working in technical product spaces or learning complex technical domains quickly.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Experience researching enterprise, technical, or data-focused products.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud technologies, analytics platforms, or developer-focused tools.
• Interest in data, analytics, and technical user workflows.

• Support the planning and execution of qualitative research studies, including in-depth interviews to better understand user workflows, unmet needs, and experience gaps.
• Conduct and support qualitative research efforts, including interview moderation, usability testing, and synthesis of open-ended feedback.
• Analyze and summarize research findings into clear outputs such as notes, themes, presentations, and summary reports.
• Help maintain organized research documentation, repositories, and supporting materials.
