We invite you to join our dynamic team of individuals who strive to help our clients reinvent their processes using a combination of big data, state-of-the-art digital tools, in-depth functional expertise, and artificial intelligence. We deliver on the promise to our clients, while prioritizing personal development and professional growth of our teammates. Digital process reinvention continues to grow in popularity, which, coupled with our relentless commitment to client success and solid know-how, allowed us to grow from just 4 people in 2021 to almost 30 in 2025.

As a successful candidate, you will work within a team to help clients reinvent their processes. You will use state of the art tools, such as process mining (Celonis, Signavio), GenAI, and Agentic AI to analyze and improve process performance, and bring value to the clients. Your focus will be on the process and tool (Celonis) usage and you will be expected to frequently interact with client stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and present benefits of our work.

You will also contribute to internal projects within your team that will further the teams’ strategic goals.

We deliver our work mostly remotely. However, as part of the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe, we are sometimes required to travel and work closely with our Clients in their offices. Therefore, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

• Ability to build strong client/stakeholder relationship
• Effective storytelling, both visual (PowerPoint) and oral
• Attitude of proactive ownership and responsibility for the project goals
• Experience communicating with business stakeholders (gathering requirements, troubleshooting solutions, presenting analysis results)
• Understanding of the standard business processes (Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
• Knowledge on building process maps in BPMN 2.0 notation
• Strong analytical acumen
• Technical aptitude in SQL and Python
