Position: Program Manager Non Tech 5

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 5 to join their team. This is a Communications Operations Program Manager role supporting the Marketing Communications organization. Despite the title, this is not a traditional project/program management position focused on schedules, budgets, and stakeholder meetings. Instead, it is a blend of communications operations, systems administration, workflow automation, content publishing, and AI enablement.

The ideal candidate has experience owning communications systems, designing content publishing workflows, automating processes, and applying AI tools such as Copilot to improve communications operations.

What’s the Job?
  • Own the day-to-day operations of marketing communications platforms and workflows, including managing publishing across SharePoint, email, and Viva Engage.
  • Coordinate the communications calendar, ensuring content is delivered accurately and on time.
  • Partner with communications leads to translate messaging into scaled execution, improving systems, automation, and reporting.
  • Design and implement scalable workflows using Power Automate and related Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  • Develop measurement strategies and generate reports to provide actionable insights for communication effectiveness.
What’s Needed?
  • 7+ years of experience in communications operations, marketing operations, or program management.
  • Hands‑on experience with SharePoint, email communications, and content publishing processes.
  • Proficiency in workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, with evidence of designing workflows or systems.
  • Strong systems thinking and process design capabilities.
  • Experience working across complex stakeholder environments, preferably with enterprise communication systems.
