Data Analyst
Location:

Our client is a highly sought after Fortune 500 Medical Device organization looking for results driven professionals like you. This facility focuses on Class III electromechanical ALS & BLS devices used around the world. Key Responsibilities- Support the Project Lead/Work Stream Lead for Bills of Material, Parts, and associated documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and business objectives.
- Complete validation and verification of data for multiple loads into the PLM tool.
- Support and complete data clean‑up by submitting requirements and collaborating with IT for PLM and ERP data clean‑up and maintenance, following the IT process for mass updates of data.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Analyze, define, and develop documentation control methodologies to support the PLM tool.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency where possible.
- Pull data and analyze it to make informed decisions and think critically.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science (required).
- 1–3 years of related experience in a business environment as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with data analysis tools, including Excel and SQL.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience interpreting complex data and translating insights into clear, actionable communication.
- Ability to develop and maintain documentation/work instructions to support new systems and processes.
- Strong task management skills (prioritization, organization, efficiency, process orientation).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and use sound judgment.
- Experience supporting data validation and verification across multiple data loads (accuracy, integrity, consistency).
- Familiarity with data mapping/transformation concepts (e.g., attribute normalization, reference/lookup resolution, BOM/part relationships).
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
