- Manage and maintain program tracking through Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or similar Agile tools
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are on track and blockers are resolved
- Own program reporting, including progress updates, incident summaries, and executive-level insights
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and leadership to ensure clear communication of priorities and outcomes
- Maintain alignment across multiple work streams, ensuring priorities, timelines, and expectations are clearly understood
- Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and gaps, and drive resolution
- Support preparation for leadership reviews and key stakeholder meetings
- Foster accountability, consistency, and team morale in a fast-paced environment
- Continuously improve PMO processes, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms
- 7+ years of Program/Project Management experience, with a strong focus on PMO leadership and structured execution
- 7+ years of experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or similar Agile tools, including backlog management and reporting
- Experience supporting or managing electrical or mechanical engineering-focused programs/projects, enabling rapid understanding of technical context
- Experience working in large enterprise or global technology environments
- Familiarity with data center operations, infrastructure programs, or telemetry-driven systems
- Exposure to data/analytics workflows and reporting
- Experience preparing materials for executive-level reviews and stakeholder presentations
- Highly organized and comfortable driving structured, repeatable processes
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage both technical teams and leadership
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive alignment
- Skilled at influencing without direct authority ("managing out")
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity
- Balanced focus on detail execution and broader business impacts impact
