Summary:
As an Inventory and Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory, developing inventory management policies and procedures, implementing a project tracking system, and supporting the team in their daily tasks. Your role will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the team's cutting-edge projects.
What are the key responsibilities? - Evaluate and implement inventory management best practices, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient deployment of resources.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory management plan, including documentation on system usage and maintenance procedures.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, usage trends, and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the project management team to implement and continuously improve a project tracking system that meets stakeholder needs.
- Train and provide support to team members on the use of the tracking system.
What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST-Have Skills and
Qualifications:
- 3-4+ years of experience in supply chain management, process management, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Experience in a research and development environment.
- Familiarity with data center operations and test equipment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience with RFID Tag-based inventory management systems.
