We are looking to hire a  
** Senior Product Manager
** on the Core Authentication Platform team. As organizations accelerate their digital transformations and embrace AI, securing authentication is foundational to protecting their people, data, resources, and AI agents. In this role, you will define the product strategy and roadmap for securing authentication sessions and protocols across Microsoft Entra, helping customers confidently manage access in an evolving threat landscape - including the emerging world of AI-driven workloads.

You will partner with engineering, engage with customers and partners, and drive new products that advance Microsoft's Zero Trust vision. ** Responsibilities*
* + Anticipates customers' unmet needs and market opportunities for enhancements to Entra Core Authentication Platform.

+ Demonstrates and builds enterprise-grade product experiences across team & divisional boundaries.

+ Influences and drives engagement with cross-functional internal partnerships, external partners, including early adopting customers, senior leadership, and other key stakeholders to gather input and garner support for product plans and roadmap.

+ Ensures alignment between the roadmap with the team's Objective & Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* + Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
