Responsibilities- Bring thought‑leadership on how technology can transform an organization.
- Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, negotiating or influencing significant matters.
- Shape and deliver various Workday implementation projects that exceed client expectations and internal quality criteria.
- Manage day‑to‑day client communications.
- Deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks, driving conclusions, and reviewing/challenging the output produced by the team.
- Manage engagement financials.
- Grow and develop the team through hands‑on training and coaching.
- Have latitude in decision‑making and determine objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
- Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and apply it on all engagements.
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
- Support or lead business development activities such as solutioning, proposal creation, oral support, and SOW creation.
- Drive innovation through the creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets.
- Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
- Minimum of 8 years of consulting or client‑side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
- Minimum of 4 years of Workday implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
- Workday Partner Certification.
- 10 years of Workday‑related implementations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the HR function and processes.
- Experience in Education or Government Workday implementations.
Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
Below is the annual salary range for selected locations:
- California: $132,500 to $302,400
- Colorado: $132,500 to $261,300
- District of Columbia: $141,100 to $278,200
- Illinois: $122,700 to $261,300
- Minnesota: $132,500 to $261,300
- Maryland: $122,700 to $241,900
- New York/New Jersey: $122,700 to $302,400
- Washington: $141,100 to $278,200
