Hardware Engineer, Systems Engineer
Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in cloud gaming and digital entertainment, is seeking a Software Design Engineer to join their innovative team. As a Software Design Engineer, you will be part of the Cloud Gaming Support Department supporting hardware troubleshooting and system optimization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $54 - $58/hr on Experis W2 (Benefits/PTO/401k)
Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each:- Debugging hardware issues (2 years)
- Technical document ion, especially trouble shooting guides (2 years)
- Scripting or command line tool development (2 years) - C# and Power Shell (or transferable skills for coding)
- Analyze failure signals from cloud gaming hardware to identify root causes of issues.
- Develop and refine troubleshooting guides to assist onsite technicians in hardware repairs.
- Implement improvements to automated health monitoring and repair systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Document technical findings, trends, and solutions for continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2-4 years of experience in hardware troubleshooting, system diagnostics, or related roles.
- Proficiency in debugging hardware issues and developing troubleshooting documentation.
- Experience with scripting or command-line tools, especially C# and Power Shell.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues effectively.
