Lead Data Analyst / Configurator Specialist (PLM Implementation)

We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst / Configurator Specialist to support a major PLM implementation and data migration initiative. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for product configuration data, ensuring accurate setup, validation, and governance of product rules and features within the new PLM environment.

• Lead configuration-related data activities supporting a new PLM system implementation.
• Create, validate, and maintain product configuration rules, attributes, and features.
• Support data cleanup, remediation, validation, and migration efforts for product and engineering data.
• Utilize configurator tools to ensure products are accurately defined and deployed across applicable markets and regions.
• Manage and prioritize configuration-related backlogs and data quality initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and project leadership to resolve data and configuration challenges.
• Ensure configuration data complies with applicable regulatory and industry requirements.
• Support ongoing maintenance and governance of configuration and product data following implementation.

• Experience as a Configurator Specialist, Configuration Analyst, Lead Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong expertise with product configurator tools and configuration management processes.
• Experience supporting PLM and ERP environments; SAP experience is preferred.
• Windchill experience is highly desirable.
• Understanding of product data structures, validation processes, and data governance best practices.
• Experience working within regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Aerospace, or similar environments.
• Strong backlog management, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to influence outcomes through expertise, communication, and partnership rather than authority.

Configurator Specialist, Product Configuration Analyst, PLM Data Analyst, Configuration Data Lead, Product Data Management (PDM) Specialist, or similar roles supporting regulated product environments.
