You are:
An experienced Epic Certified Clinical Manager with Project Management experience.
Responsibilities- Take end‑user information to create a very detailed scope and get sign‑off from the Operations team.
- Create a detailed Excel project plan and drive status calls and individual status updates to stay on top of the project.
- Portray competence and confidence to the Operations / Client resources.
- Be concise and clear in escalations and status reporting.
- Every project will have some level of new complexity that you will need to figure out in order to deliver the project.
- Be prepared to dig into some areas to figure out how to do the standard.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Clinical Leader role.
- Experience and certification in one of Epic’s clinical apps (Epic Care Ambulatory, Clin Doc, Cupid, Orders, Radiant, etc.).
- Minimum of 2 years of Program or Project Management experience, including experience reporting accountability for projects/programs to executive leadership.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with requirement gathering from Clinical leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
- Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic.
- Experience in leading multiple teams through separate iterations of projects.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including location, role skill set, and level of experience. We anticipate this job posting will be posted until 06/22/2026.

Location & TravelThis role is located in Nashville, Atlanta, Columbus or Dallas and will require on‑site 3 days per week.
