Epic Certified Radiant Senior Analyst

About the Role

We are searching for an experienced Epic Radiant Certified Analyst to support client engagements. The role involves collaborating with Accenture team, software vendor and client across multiple areas.

• Document current state business workflows.
• Assist with analysis and design of new business workflows.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Provide input into high-level functional specifications.
• Work with project managers, architects, business analysts and other team members to define metrics and performance goals.
• Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to ensure complete understanding.
• Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in quality management reviews of design and performance of work products.
• Perform or advise on system configuration and integration set up and assist with testing activities.
• Serve as intermediary with client’s Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities.
• Assist in documentation of data requests and source-to-target mapping.
• Other duties as assigned, including implementation, optimization, upgrades and application support.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Radiant Analyst role.
• Certifications and experience in Epic Radiant.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
• Bonus: 1 year consulting experience.
• Bonus:
  Experience in at least 1 full Epic implementation.
• Bonus:
  Experience in Epic Cupid, Radiology or Epic Orders.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations:
Nashville, TN;
Atlanta, GA;
Columbus, OH; or Dallas, TX.
