Job Description

Preferred qualifications:

• Must have working experience in Azure IaaS, PaaS, storage and database.
• Must have knowledge of data warehouse design principles on Azure cloud platform (distribution, Index, Partitioning, DWU).
• Must have working knowledge of implementing data quality checks in ADW and ADL.
• Should have experience in migrating large on‑premise workloads to Azure DW.
• Must have knowledge of Polybase and hot & cold data storage strategy.
• Must have experience in building and monitoring the ADF pipeline and activities.
• Should have experience and understanding of security requirements for handling cloud data.
• Should have experience in assessing data applications for cloud adoption.
• Must have knowledge of data lake principles and storage options like ADLA, ADLS, BLOB.
• Must have working knowledge of Power Shell and .NET.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing domain.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

• Basic qualifications:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of work experience in Information Technology.
