Insight Global seeks an experienced IT Operations/Dev Ops specialist to monitor and maintain Azure-hosted internal applications. You will engage in incident response, triage, and post-incident reviews to reduce MTTR, while refining alert thresholds and dashboards for actionable signals across platforms.
You will contribute to SLO/SLA tracking, leverage Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD pipelines, and use scripting skills (Power Shell, Python or Bash) to automate repetitive tasks.
