We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with strong Analytics and AWS expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will work with large-scale datasets, leverage AWS cloud services, and enable advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using modern data engineering tools.
Build and optimize data models, data lakes, and data warehouses to support analytics and reporting needs.
Work with large datasets using SQL, Python, and distributed processing frameworks.
Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (APIs, streaming, databases, third-party systems).
Implement and manage AWS-based data infrastructure including storage, compute, and orchestration services.
Ensure data quality, governance, and security across the data lifecycle.
Partner with data analysts, BI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.
Optimize performance and cost of data pipelines in the AWS ecosystem.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production data systems.

Required Skills

Strong experience with SQL and Python for data engineering.
Hands‑on experience with AWS data services such as:
AWS S3
AWS Glue
AWS Lambda
AWS Redshift
AWS EMR
Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.
Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or similar.
Understanding of data governance, lineage, and data quality frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in large-scale cloud environments.
Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
Experience with BI and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Quick Sight.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
Experience working in agile development environments.
