We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with strong Analytics and AWS expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will work with large-scale datasets, leverage AWS cloud services, and enable advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using modern data engineering tools.
- Build and optimize data models, data lakes, and data warehouses to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Work with large datasets using SQL, Python, and distributed processing frameworks.
- Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (APIs, streaming, databases, third-party systems).
- Implement and manage AWS-based data infrastructure including storage, compute, and orchestration services.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security across the data lifecycle.
- Partner with data analysts, BI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.
- Optimize performance and cost of data pipelines in the AWS ecosystem.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production data systems.
- Strong experience with SQL and Python for data engineering.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS data services such as:
- AWS S3
- AWS Glue
- AWS Lambda
- AWS Redshift
- AWS EMR
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or similar.
- Understanding of data governance, lineage, and data quality frameworks.
- Experience working in large-scale cloud environments.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
- Experience with BI and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Quick Sight.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
