We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with strong Analytics and AWS expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will work with large-scale datasets, leverage AWS cloud services, and enable advanced analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using modern data engineering tools.
  • Build and optimize data models, data lakes, and data warehouses to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Work with large datasets using SQL, Python, and distributed processing frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (APIs, streaming, databases, third-party systems).
  • Implement and manage AWS-based data infrastructure including storage, compute, and orchestration services.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security across the data lifecycle.
  • Partner with data analysts, BI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions.
  • Optimize performance and cost of data pipelines in the AWS ecosystem.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production data systems.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with SQL and Python for data engineering.
  • Hands‑on experience with AWS data services such as:
  • AWS S3
  • AWS Glue
  • AWS Lambda
  • AWS Redshift
  • AWS EMR
  • Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or similar.
  • Understanding of data governance, lineage, and data quality frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in large-scale cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Quick Sight.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
