Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data industry, is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to join their team. As an expert, you will be part of the Workforce Planning and Data Solutions department supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence. Job Title: Data Analyst 4 Location: Redmond, WA Pay Range: $65 (No C2C) What's the Job?- Develop, maintain, and enhance staffing and workforce planning models to support organizational growth.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and related Azure services to ensure seamless data integration.
- Develop analytical solutions and automation using SQL and Python to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and support Azure SQL environments, including database administration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Support data integrations, ETL processes, and reporting solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced SQL development and database design expertise to handle complex data structures.
- Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and data engineering tasks.
- Experience with Azure SQL Database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline development and maintenance.
- Experience building and maintaining analytical and forecasting models, including familiarity with SSAS cubes and dimensional modeling.
