Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM)

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead customer terminal release program to build, test, and deploy software to millions of customer devices. In this role, you will drive customer terminal software release from planning through execution, including: define the release scope, qualification schedules and dependencies, software deliverables, test coverage auditing, test readiness reviews, test bed support, and venue logistics coordination.

You will influence feature delivery schedule, qualification criteria, and test design across multiple teams in the release path, while managing work streams across internal and external teams, proactively addressing risks to the critical path, removing roadblocks through stakeholder coordination and escalation, and tracking actions to closure. You will also be responsible for streamlining the process, and building mechanisms to improve each step in the process.

This is an individual contributor role with broad organizational influence. Your technical domain knowledge, program management fundamentals, and trusted partnerships will enable you to drive organizational alignment and help teams deliver faster with higher quality. This position requires direct technical experience developing and software release relevant experience. You will create and drive high-level strategic initiatives, streamline the process and build mechanisms to improve process efficiency and transparency.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Owning the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional cross-organizational programs spanning multiple engineering teams and business units.
• Defining program strategy, establishing success criteria, and holding yourself and others accountable for outcomes, not just activities.
• Identifying risks and blockers early and acting immediately to resolve them, escalating with data and proposed solutions rather than waiting for direction.
• Challenging proposals, timelines, and technical approaches when you believe they are wrong, even when it is uncomfortable or unpopular. Bringing data, earning trust through your judgment, and once a decision is made, committing fully and driving execution without hesitation.
• Building mechanisms that create transparency, accelerate decision-making, and prevent recurring failures.
• Influencing L8+ stakeholders and partner teams without formal authority, earning credibility through your depth of understanding, clarity of communication, and track record of delivering results.
• Defining and driving operational excellence across your programs, establishing metrics, review cadences, and escalation paths that ensure sustained delivery velocity.
