- From support background
· Provide Production support at L2 and L3 level for Microsoft websites hosted on Azure
· Work towards meeting SLA for production support
· Weekly and monthly status reporting of open and closed tickets
· Reach out to customers for any clarifications/questions on the incidents raised by them.
· Work(Build, Test and Deploy) on Small enhancements to websites & Co-ordinate with offshore on small enhancements
· Need to work on 2 shifts (on rotation basis) Shift 1: 06:00 to 14:30, Shift 2: 11:30 to 18:00
Required:
· Knowledge on SharePoint Online, Migration of SharePoint sites, SQL
· Azure, Azure Dev Ops, Power Apps, MS Flow
