SAP Payroll Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll, SAP ECC/S4

HANA Payroll configuration, and end-to-end payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with payroll business and operations teams and a proven track record of full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations.
Must-Have Skills

Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Payroll configuration in SAP ECC and S/4

HANA.
Strong expertise in US Payroll processes and operations.

Experience with :

Tax remittances and tax configuration
BSI Tax Factory
Garnishments
Year-end processing
Paystubs
941 filings
Unemployment insurance

Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits.

Experience with multiple full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations.
Ability to independently work with Payroll Business and Operations teams.
Strong understanding of payroll compliance and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP Payroll solutions across ECC and S/4

HANA environments.
Support US Payroll processes, including taxes, garnishments, year-end activities, and regulatory filings.
Work closely with Payroll Business and Operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Participate in full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional solutions.
Support integrations and technical enhancements when required.
Ensure payroll solutions meet business, compliance, and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

15+ years of SAP Payroll experience, with 20+ years preferred.
Strong US Payroll functional expertise.
Extensive SAP ECC/S4 Payroll configuration experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
