Digi Pen Institute of Technology is seeking a Student IT Helpdesk (FWS only) to support the campus IT environment in Redmond, WA. The role requires current Digi Pen students eligible for Federal Work Study and available for the 20-hour work week.
The candidate will assist in lab/classroom workstations, handle Help Desk tickets, and help set up or repair computers and related devices. Evenings/weekends may be required, with strict adherence to academic schedules.
